We don’t just do this type of work in the UK. With a carefully selected stable of like-minded partners we’ve conducted projects in 6 of the 7 continents (no one has found the need to run any research in Antarctica as yet). A global example was helping a client understand how to prioritise their on the ground resources. We zipped round the world conducting customer workshops on what was valued and where there was unnecessary duplication of resource. Much to our annoyance the client found the conclusions so definitive that no one can see the need to re-visit it for several years.
